Catherine Casalino graduated from the College of William and Mary and then moved to New York City in June of 2003 to attend NYU's Summer Publishing Institute.  From 2003 until the spring of 2006, Catherine worked for Rodrigo Corral Design, where she designed everything from book jackets to Op-Ed graphics for the New York Times.  After leaving Rodrigo Corral Design in 2006, Catherine went to Simon & Schuster's Trade Art department, headed by Jackie Seow, to continue working on book jackets.  In September of 2007, Catherine accepted a senior designer position at Random House.  She also freelances for book publishers and other clients throughout New York City.
